Quality SolutionsI went there because they were able to get me in right away. They were able to complete the tinting fairly quickly. So I left them a substantial tip for doing their job. The tint job was $450 and I left 20% I thought they did good. But I opened up the back seat area a few days later and realized that they put everything that was in the back, on the floor board. I feel that they should have put everything back where it was. Especially for the tip that I gave them. A tip isn't deserved, it's earned. They didn't offer water while I was waiting. It was wait in the office and when we're done you pay us. I shouldn't have left a tip, I feel like. $450 is a lot of money. Especially for about an hour and a half of work. Customer service is not just doing the job correctly. It's about making sure everything is above what others do.
